Delivery, moving, and installation

Delivery, moving, and installation software with proof at the door

Scheduled stops, a signature at the end, and a customer who wants a window. The office needs to rearrange the day without calling every driver, and the proof needs to exist before the claim does.

What does delivery and moving software need to do?

It needs the day's stops on one board the office can rearrange, a driver view short enough to use at a doorstep, and proof of delivery captured with a photo and a signature. Billing then comes straight off the finished stop.

How does a route day run on it?

The same tools every Pinstripe Fleet customer gets, set up the way this trade runs.

The board is the day

Every stop sits on a lane per driver or per truck. The office moves work between lanes by dragging or from a keyboard dialog, and the crew sees the change immediately.

Proof at the door

A photo and a customer signature are captured on the phone at the stop, and they attach to the job with a timestamp.

  • Photo capture
  • Signatures

The customer knows the window

Share a portal link and the customer follows the status without calling the office, verified with their ZIP or the last four of their phone.

  • Customer portal

Trucks and crew hours are tracked

Vehicles are records with document expiry and inspection history, and crew hours clock against the job so a move can be costed properly.

What is set up for a delivery or moving company?

Setup starts you with a stop based dispatch board, jobs that require a photo and a signature to close, vehicle tracking turned on, and hourly or per job billing.

Common questions from courier, moving, and installation companies

Can the office rearrange the day after the trucks leave?

Yes. Move a stop between drivers on the dispatch board and the crew sees the change on their phone. Nobody has to be called.

Is proof of delivery captured?

Yes. A photo and a customer signature can be required before a stop can be closed, and both attach to the job with the time they were captured.

Can I bill hourly for a move?

Yes. Crew hours clock against the job, so an hourly move bills off the recorded time, and a flat rate delivery bills off the job itself.

Does the customer get a delivery window they can check?

You can share a portal link that shows the scheduled window and the status. They open it without an account and you can turn it off any time.

Not sure it fits how you work?

Bring three jobs you ran last week and we will build them in front of you. If it cannot handle your real work, you will know in twenty minutes.
