What is set up for a mobile detailing business?

Common questions from mobile car wash and detailing companies
Can I bill a fleet account once a month?
Yes. Each wash is its own job against the vehicle, and a month of those can be rolled into one invoice for the account with a line per vehicle, so the fleet manager can check it against their own list.
Can I charge the card before I drive out?
You can authorize the card ahead of the appointment and capture it once the work is done. That commits the money without billing for work you have not performed yet.
Does it track how much time is spent driving?
Yes. Travel is tracked as its own activity separate from the work itself, so at the end of the month you can see how much of your day is windshield time and price accordingly.
Will it work in a parking garage with no signal?
Yes. The iPhone app holds the work, including photos, when there is no service and catches up as soon as the phone is back in coverage.
