You may not use the platform to engage in any of the following:

• Illegal activity, fraud, harassment, discrimination, threats, or exploitation.
• Distributing malware, running phishing campaigns, or attempting to obtain credentials that are not yours.
• Unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Disrupting the platform, sending excessive automated requests, or interfering with other users.
• Unauthorized scraping, or reverse engineering except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Sending spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Unlawful employee surveillance, including location tracking without any legally required notice or consent.

• Infringing or defamatory content.
• Non-consensual intimate content.
• Content depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
• Content you do not have the rights or consents to upload.
• High-risk data types described in the Terms as prohibited (for example, government identifiers, full payment-card numbers, protected health information).

• Reselling accounts without authorization.
• Circumventing plan limits or entitlement controls.
• Sharing customer-portal links in a way that exposes information to unintended recipients.
• Using the platform to violate employment, privacy, consumer-protection, or communications laws.

Depending on the severity, we may take any of the following actions:

• Warning.
• Content removal.
• Feature restriction.
• Account suspension.
• Termination.
• Cooperation with law enforcement where legally required.
