• Your name and how to reach you.
• Description of the work or right you believe has been infringed (or the privacy or trademark concern).
• The URL or specific location of the disputed material on our service.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, the rights holder's agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf, made under penalty of perjury.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

If content you posted was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice by email with your identification, the material at issue, a statement of good faith, and your electronic signature. We will pass any such counter-notice to the original complainant as required by applicable law.

Knowingly false claims of infringement may result in liability under applicable law.

For trademark, publicity, or other intellectual-property concerns, use the same email address with a description of the concern.
