The plan
The advertised monthly or annual price, usually including a small number of users. Annual billing normally carries a discount. Here, Professional is a flat monthly price with five seats included, and the annual price is on the pricing page.
The sticker price on a field software plan is rarely what the company ends up paying. The real number is the plan, plus seats, plus what the vendor takes out of your customer payments.
For a small service business, budget the plan price plus a per seat cost for everyone past the included seats, and then check whether the vendor adds a percentage to card payments. The seat count is what moves the number most as a company grows from two people to ten.

Every person past the included count. This is the line that grows with you and the one most worth pinning down in writing. Our seat price and seat cap are both published.
Card processing has a real cost, charged by the processor. Some platforms add their own percentage on top. We do not: Stripe's fees apply, billed by Stripe, and we add nothing to your customers' payments.
Jobs per month, customers, media storage, and emails. Photos and video are the limit small companies hit first, so check the storage number rather than assuming it is generous.
Take the plan price, add the seat price times the people past the included seats, and add card processing on the revenue you expect to collect by card. That is the honest monthly number. Our pricing page shows every one of those inputs, including the ROI calculator if you want to weigh it against hours saved.
Usually, if you are past the trial stage and know the software fits. Annual pricing here carries a discount against paying monthly, and the exact saving is shown on the pricing page.
You pay for the seats you have active. A seasonal crew that comes on in the spring is added when they start, so a snow contractor is not carrying a summer crew's seats through August.
Not on the self serve plans. You sign up, run setup yourself, and start. Dedicated onboarding and training are part of an Enterprise conversation.
The limits are shown in the app as you approach them rather than sprung on you. The free plan is the one with meaningful caps, and Professional removes the job and customer limits.
Bring three jobs you ran last week. We will build them live and you will know inside twenty minutes whether it fits.
