Seat pricing is where field software gets expensive, and it is the line that grows with you. Our seat is $12 a month up to a fifteen seat cap. Jobber publishes $29 a month per additional user on every plan, read from their pricing page on 13 August 2026. The table below puts both plans side by side.
Ask whether hiding prices from a crew member is a screen setting or a real boundary. Here, if someone is not allowed to see money, the prices and totals are never sent to their device in the first place.

Jobber publishes a ten user and a fifteen user plan with the seat count built into the plan price, so a company that already knows it needs ten seats can compare one number instead of doing arithmetic. Jobber also sells the things we have not built, including route optimization with live GPS, a client hub with consumer financing, and a large app marketplace. At one seat their Core plan billed annually is cheaper than our Professional plan, and if you only ever need one login their entry price is lower than ours.
If you need route optimization with live GPS, a full parts inventory, or accounting sync with QuickBooks or Xero, those are not built yet and we would rather tell you now than during onboarding.
