Yes, for a business that dispatches crews, documents work on site, and bills customers. It covers customers, jobs, scheduling and dispatch, crew time tracking, vehicles and equipment, invoices, card payments, and a customer portal. Where another company's prices appear below, they are copied from that company's own pricing page and stamped with the date we read it. Follow the link before you decide, because prices move and ours is the only one we control.
Card payments run through your own Stripe account and land in your bank. We do not add a fee on top of your customers' payments. You can also authorize a card before the job and capture it after the work is done.
Five seats are included on Professional and more are priced per seat up to a cap, so the cost of adding your sixth person is on the pricing page rather than in a sales call.
Recurring routes, per event work, per account monthly billing, and multi location customers are all supported, which covers cleaning, landscaping, snow, and property portfolios as well as classic dispatch trades.
Field screens are short on purpose, money is hidden from anyone not allowed to see it at the source rather than on the screen, and the iPhone app keeps working with no signal.

Their advertised card rate starts below the standard Stripe rate you would pay here, so a company running high card volume could pay less per transaction with them even though we add no platform fee of our own. They also sell consumer financing, a marketing suite, and a large app marketplace, none of which we have. Their seat counts are not printed on the pricing page, so ask before you compare plan prices to ours.
Route optimization with live GPS, parts inventory, accounting sync, and consumer lead generation are not part of this product. If your buying decision turns on one of those, it is better to know now.
No. Stripe's own processing fees apply and are billed by Stripe. Pinstripe Fleet does not add a platform fee to card payments from your customers.
